For schools
Start with your teachers' subjects and phones. Try a small set of questions to see whether the current VIDYA Copilot version is useful in your school.

Test the languages teachers use. Marathi quality remains a known area for improvement.
Try the app on the phones your teachers will use. Check how quickly it replies and whether voice works. Results from one test phone may be different.
The app answers from what its AI has learned and can make mistakes. Teachers should check each reply before using it in class.
Do not depend on it to suggest marks or read handwritten papers. These features are not available in the regular app.
Suggested trial steps
Decide what you want to learn from the trial.
Discuss the app version, setup steps and the phones available.
Ask teachers to compare replies with their books and notes. Are the facts right? Is the explanation clear? Is the language suitable?
Try voice, quiet mode, stopping speech and asking separate questions in the places teachers will use the app.
Use the results to decide whether to continue, try fewer topics or teachers, or wait for improvements.
These are suggested steps for a school trial. They do not mean a school programme is already running or that time savings have been proved.

Privacy and what is included
VIDYA Copilot writes replies on the phone, and the app itself cannot use internet. The phone's separate listening and speaking tools may still use internet.
The teacher app does not currently connect to a school information page or the student app's school system. A ready-to-use service showing class study reports is not available.
Do not send student answer papers in your first message. Any testing of marking tools needs a separate agreement and checks on how the papers will be used.
Next step
Share the classes, subjects, preferred languages, rough teacher group size and Android phones involved.
Opens your email app. Review the message before sending. Sending a message does not mean you will get the app immediately or by a fixed date.
